Fotile terms and conditions
1. After the payment of deposit, if the order is cancelled due to the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer must pay 10% of the purchase price as a handling fee.
2. When the buyer picks up the goods, the original invoice must be provided. If the goods are picked up by a third party, the buyer needs to use the mobile phone number shown in the invoice to send an authorized SMS to notify the seller of the identity information of the third-party picker.
3. The buyer needs to reconfirm the machine model before pickup or installation.
4. The seller only provides the items listed on the packing list in the package. Any accessories other than the packing list must be purchased separately.
5. For the details of warranty, please refer to the warranty card in the package.
6. The buyer have inspected and accepted this purchase in good condition and are liable for any damage after delivery. Please check products on receipt. Shortage must be reported on the same day.
7. When the buyer installs by himself/herself, the buyer has the liable to confirm that the kitchen conditions can meet the requirement of the installation. If the order cancellation because of the fails of installation, 10% of the purchase price must be charged as a handling fee.
8. Full payment before pickup, delivery, and installation.
9. This invoice is valid within 7 days since the date of invoice.
10. The amount of “install and accessories” is charged for labor of installation, exclude the charge of plumber and electrician.
11. Dispose kitchen appliances removed by our installers (Conditions apply). Other renovation debris excluded from offer.
