Smart Homware Exchange/Returns/Refund Policy

  1. All goods need to be inspected within 24 hours of receipt. If any damage\shortage, please contact us straight away. We can’t accept damage\shortage claims after this 24-hour period.
  2. We are not liable for any return if customers change mind or order by mistake. Customers must contact us via email within 10 days after receipt. If the return application is approved by Smart Homeware, customers need to pay return postage plus from 15% restocking fees among with original package and all accessories. The products must be unused and resalable. The evidence of return delivery (for example: tracking number) should be provided to Smart Homeware.
  3. Delivery Costs are non-refundable. Custom orders and Special orders are not returnable and cannot be cancelled for any reason once placed.
  4. All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to us. Please allow 7 working days for the quality check and refund.
  5. And a return will not be process if we received an item without an email notification.
  6. Smart Homeware reserves the right as final authority an whether the products should be replaced or refunded.
  7. Smart Homeware will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature and from the sale of the product.
